Help Prevent Parkinson’s

Research has shown that exercise helps decrease the incidence of Parkinson’s in Women.

This one is close to home as we lost my mother to Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson’s. It does not have to be intense exercise. Tai Chi, power walking and Silver Sneakers type workouts work well.

We like the Parkinson’s Boxing Program that is held at Falbo’s Karate. Great program and it helps with current Parkinson’s onset. Touch base with them is you have concerns and start tomorrow.
